High Court Won't Hear Exxon's $105M MTBE Appeal

Law360, New York (April 21, 2014, 12:19 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear Exxon Mobil Corp.'s appeal of a $105 million jury verdict for polluting New York City's groundwater with the gasoline additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether, leaving in place a Second Circuit decision upholding the verdict.
