Law360, New York (July 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Minority attorneys at some of the country's largest law firms tend to be less satisfied with their jobs and their compensation and are more likely to leave their firms than their white counterparts, a Law360 survey reveals.
Just 30.5% of all black respondents, 34.2% of Asian attorneys, 35.2% of multi-racial respondents, 39.1% of those who listed themselves as “other” and 44.2% of Latino lawyers said they were “very satisfied” with their jobs, as opposed to 48.8% of white attorneys, according to the survey of about 6,200...
