Law360, New York (December 27, 2010, 2:04 PM ET) -- With federal prosecutors showing a newfound willingness these days to use undercover sting tactics in white collar cases, attorneys say 2011 will be the year to see whether those methods — and the cases themselves — can hold up in court.
Defense lawyers will also likely be looking to appellate courts for decisions in public corruption cases involving honest services charges, in particular ex-Enron Corp. CEO Jeffrey Skilling’s continuing challenge to his conviction.
