Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 2:40 PM ET) -- A federal judge Friday denied an attempt by a host of music companies suing Lime Wire LLC in New York over copyright violations to have Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP disqualified from representing the file-sharing service provider.
Judge Kimba M. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled that the alleged conflict of interest did not pose a significant risk of “trial taint,” according to her opinion.
