Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 6:53 PM ET) -- A former executive of ex-Royal Ahold NV subsidiary U.S. Foodservice Inc. pled guilty Monday in New York federal court to falsifying books and records as part of an $800 million fraud case, following the scrapping of his seven-year prison term last year.
Mark Kaiser was convicted in November 2006 of conspiracy, securities fraud and four counts of making false filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Griesa sentenced him in May 2007 to seven years in prison.
