Madoff Feeder Fund Manager Can't Shake $1.8M Judgment

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday rejected hedge fund manager J. Ezra Merkin's bid to reverse a $1.76 million arbitration award over claims he funneled an elderly investor's retirement funds into Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme.
