Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2013, 7:14 PM ET) -- A criminal investigation into price fixing and bid rigging in the auto parts industry between 2000 and 2010 has expanded to new products and could also ensnare new companies, a top Department of Justice official confirmed Friday.
Scott D. Hammond, deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ's Antitrust Division, said the probe is broader than previously announced and could be the biggest of its kind.
