Law360, New York (June 27, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Although a federal judge decided not to revoke Conrad Black’s bond Monday, she let the court know she plans to conduct a thorough review of the financial state of the indicted former newspaper mogul.
Judge Amy St. Eve of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois demanded that Black’s lawyers file a new financial affidavit for the former head of Hollinger International Inc. after prosecutors claimed Black neglected to disclose millions of dollars in assets.
