6th Circ. Revives VA Patient's Nurse Sex Assault Suit

Law360, Houston (January 12, 2018, 8:57 PM EST) -- A former patient of a Veterans Affairs medical center who alleges he was sexually assaulted by a nurse at a Dayton, Ohio, hospital should be allowed to bring his negligence claim, the Sixth Circuit determined on Friday, partially reversing an Ohio federal court’s ruling that had granted an early win to the government.
