9th Circ. Won't Reverse LA Cops' Decert. In OT Reporting Row

Law360 (September 13, 2018, 9:03 PM EDT) -- A Ninth Circuit panel on Thursday backed a lower court’s decision to decertify two Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions by Los Angeles Police Department officers who had said they were dissuaded from logging their overtime as part of an unofficial yet pervasive department policy.
