Ex-Dewey Exec DiCarmine Might Represent Self At SEC Trial

Law360, New York (January 19, 2018, 11:51 AM EST) -- Former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP executive director Stephen DiCarmine is considering defending himself against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's fraud claims at a possible jury trial because of "significant financial issues," his counsel told a Manhattan federal judge Friday.
