Tyson 'Poisoning' Poultry Waste Research: Okla.

Law360, New York (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The state of Oklahoma has moved to shield materials related to the scientific peer review of research into poultry farming waste from the eyes of Tyson Foods Inc., in a case accusing the chicken giant of contaminating the state's waters.

In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma on Tuesday, Oklahoma moved to protect the state from having to produce additional documents related to certain publications subject to scientific peer review.
