US Bank Hit With $3.3M Verdict For Infringing Checking Patent

Law360 (March 22, 2018, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal jury has ordered U.S. Bank to pay almost $3.3 million in damages for infringing Solutran’s patent on check-processing technology, finding that the bank infringed on the company’s technology in tens of millions of transactions.
