Let Judge See Mediator’s Notes, Proskauer Atty Tells 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (April 18, 2018, 4:21 PM EDT) -- An attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP who anonymously accused the firm of gender discrimination told the Second Circuit on Wednesday a lower judge was wrong to reject her request for a mediator's notes that she believes prove her claim the firm threatened to fire her, saying the judge should determine if they're relevant.
