Deals Rumor Mill: Anglo, Aspen, Thoma Bravo

By Adam Rhodes (May 17, 2018, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Mining company Anglo American is expected to sell less than half of its stake in its Peruvian copper project to Japanese buyers, Reuters reported early Thursday. The outlet's anonymous sources said the London-based mining company has tapped Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to aid the deal. The sources added that Mitsubishi could be one of the Japanese buyers for the up to 30 percent stake. The deal, Reuters added, could come in the next two months....
