Samsung Owes Apple $539M For Infringing IP, Jury Finds

Law360, San Jose (May 24, 2018, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A unanimous eight-member California federal jury held Thursday that Samsung owes Apple Inc. $538.6 million for infringing design and utility patents covering smartphone technology in a landmark patent case that made it all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
