Activist Hits Facebook, Google With EU Privacy Complaints

Law360 (May 25, 2018, 8:00 PM EDT) -- An Austrian privacy lawyer on Friday filed multibillion-euro complaints against Facebook and Google for allegedly seeking "forced consent" in their terms of service, in some of the first cases to test the reach of the EU's new data regime.
