Ex-King & Spalding Atty's Counsel Seeks Exit Over Unpaid Bill

Law360 (July 16, 2018, 6:46 PM EDT) -- An ex-King & Spalding LLP associate who says he was fired for reporting ethical red flags about partners in a case involving ZTE Corp. is refusing to pay his legal bills, his lawyer told a New York federal court on Friday.

Andrew Moskowitz of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins PC, who has represented David Joffe since early last year, said his client has also disagreed with his recommendations for his ongoing suit against the firm, including on hiring experts and staffing.
