NY Contractor Claims Union Coerced Suits, Costing It $20M

Law360 (November 9, 2018, 6:24 PM EST) -- Construction contractor Trade Off LLC alleged in New York federal court on Friday that it has lost at least $20 million in business because a local union is coercing current and former employees into making frivolous claims against the company to damage its reputation and put it out of business.
