Sabre To DOJ: Sue Us Or We're Closing $360M Farelogix Deal

Law360 (August 14, 2019, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Travel-focused technology company Sabre Corp. told the U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday that it plans to close its $360 million deal for Farelogix next week and that the agency will have to sue if it wants to stop it.

Sabre said in a statement that the DOJ has been "performing a lengthy and exhaustive review" of the move and that under a timing agreement, it has until Aug. 21 to file a lawsuit seeking to block the transaction. If a complaint is not lodged by then, the company said, it intends to close the deal.
