RH Donnelley Set To Solicit Votes On Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy court has approved R.H. Donnelley Corp.’s disclosure statement, bringing the embattled print and online directory company closer to realizing a reorganization plan that aims to shed $6.4 billion in debt.

Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware's ruling Tuesday authorizes the company to seek votes from creditors on a plan of reorganization that already has backing from key constituencies, according to the Donnelley press release.
