Indian Tribe Wins Dismissal Of Cigarette Tax Suit

Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 2:26 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a putative antitrust class action that sought to nix a Washington Indian tribe's cigarette tax, saying the plaintiffs failed to exhaust their remedies in tribal court.
