Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 1:14 PM EST) -- The lead plaintiff in a securities class action claiming Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. hid the terms of a deal it struck with a generics maker over the patent for its blood-thinning drug Plavix has asked a judge to give the final seal of approval to a $125 million settlement with the drugmaker.
