Home Depot Settles Sex Harassment Suit In 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Home Depot USA Inc. has struck a settlement deal with two men who claimed a male human resources manager's advances created a hostile work environment, resolving a lawsuit that was heard en banc by a federal appeals court in June.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit granted a joint motion to dismiss from Home Depot and former store managers David Corbitt and Alexander Raya, sending the case back down to a district court with instructions to dismiss.
