Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 6:29 PM EST) -- Saying material facts remain in dispute, a federal judge has postponed ruling on whether Seattle's harsh winter of 2006-07 — which allegedly caused substantial delays for a mixed-use, high-rise condominium project — constitutes one or multiple occurrences under two insurance policies.
