Witness Declined To Wire $9.5M To Black Crew

Law360, New York (March 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taking the stand for the second day, an attorney for a community newspaper group said that he refused to alter a business transaction that would have wired $9.5 million to media baron Conrad Black and three associates, currently on trial for allegedly cheating investors in the Hollinger International Inc. newspaper empire out of millions.
