'Housewife' Trims Claims In Suit Against Show's Creator

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 6:30 PM EST) -- Former "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan has dropped discrimination and harassment claims against the show's creator Marc Cherry but continues to allege that she was wrongfully terminated after drawing attention to his allegedly abusive antics.

Judge Elizabeth Allen White signed off on Sheridan and Cherry's joint stipulation in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles on Jan. 6, which said that the two had agreed that she would drop the harassment and discrimination on the basis of age, sex and sexual orientation...
