Allergan Investor Suit Over Botox Deal Put On Hold

Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 9:00 PM EST) -- A judge stayed proceedings Friday in an Allergan Inc. shareholder derivative suit seeking to force the company’s board to cover a $600 million settlement with the U.S. over off-label Botox uses, allowing another shareholder to investigate the claims and potentially intervene.
