Mayer Brown Gets Patent Atty Back From Sheppard Mullin

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Mayer Brown LLP welcomed back to its Palo Alto, Calif., office on Thursday a seasoned patent litigator who spent over two years with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP after leaving Mayer Brown in 2009.

Michael A. Molano rejoined Mayer Brown as a partner in the firm's intellectual property practice, marking the second partner to return to Mayer Brown's Palo Alto office after a stint with another firm in recent months.
