Law360, New York (June 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though due to face charges over an alleged $100 million fraud scheme, hotel mogul Stanley S. Tollman and his wife have escaped extradition to the U.S. for now after a British judge refused to hand over the couple in light of a U.S. prosecutor's “reprehensible” behavior.

On Friday, the Times of London reported that U.K. District Judge Timothy Workman shot down the long-standing request from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan amid allegations of prosecutorial misconduct on the part of assistant U.S. Attorney Stanley Okula....
