Vioxx Stroke Suits Continue To Pour In

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The product liability suits against Merck & Co. just keep rolling in, with the pharmaceutical giant facing a new crop of litigation from plaintiffs who allegedly suffered strokes after taking the controversial painkiller Vioxx.

On Thursday, dozens of plaintiffs joined together to hit Merck with yet another suit over the company's purported negligence regarding its blockbuster drug.
