9th Circ. At Odds With Calif. Law In OT Case, Drug Reps Say

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit's recent decision that pharmaceutical sales representatives with putative class action claims against Bayer Corp., Wyeth and Roche Laboratories Inc. were exempt from overtime pay requirements contradicted California law and needs to be revisited, the reps said Thursday.
