Grupo Mexico Tries Again To Trim $304M Attys' Fee Award

Law360, Wilmington (September 12, 2012, 2:26 PM EDT) -- Grupo Mexico SAB on Tuesday asked the Delaware Supreme Court for another shot at arguing against the eye-popping $304 million in fees awarded to plaintiffs attorneys in a shareholder derivative suit against the mining company over a questionable merger between two companies it controlled.
