'Faulty' Jail Construction Warrants No Coverage, Insurer Says

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 4:30 PM EDT) -- An insurer for construction firm R.M. Shoemaker Co. told the Third Circuit on Thursday that it should not have to cover claims of allegedly shoddy construction at a New Jersey jail because faulty work is “too foreseeable” a claim to count as an accident and trigger coverage.
