Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 2:55 PM EST) -- An actress who appeared in the polemic trailer for the anti-Islam film “The Innocence of Muslims” on Friday lost her bid to have Google Inc. and the film's supposed producer remove the work from YouTube, after a California federal judge determined she does not own the copyright needed to establish infringement.
