Court Says Nay To Quaker Oats ERISA Suit

Law360 (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has dismissed the complaint of two former workers at Quaker Oats Company, ruling that the pair does not have any legs to stand on with their ERISA suit.

On Wednesday, the Seventh Circuit struck down the complaint brought by Geri Kannapien and Janice Rozhon, affirming the Illinois district court's initial take on the employment matter.
