Judge Grants Sea Containers 4th Exclusivity Extension

Law360, New York (December 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt Sea Containers Ltd. has been granted a two-month exclusivity extension in its Chapter 11 proceedings — the fourth such reprieve earned this year.

In his Wednesday order, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware agreed the additional time was in the best interest of the debtors and pushed back the filing deadline to Feb. 20, 2008.
