Waste Management CFO To Pay $4M For Fraud

Law360 (January 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An Illinois federal court has ordered former Waste Management Inc. financial head James E. Koenig to pay more than $4 million for 60 alleged violations of securities laws in what was one of the largest corporate fraud cases in U.S. history.
