NY AG Loses Renewed Bid For $150M Of E&Y's Lehman Fees

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- A New York judge on Wednesday refused to revive state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's disgorgement claim over $150 million in fees Ernst & Young LLP had earned for its work with bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., finding his December ruling dismissing the claim was proper.

In a brief, handwritten order, Judge Jeffrey Oing said that “a review of the transcript fails to demonstrate that this court overlooked or misapprehended the law or facts.”
