$1B PSE&G Solar Projects Slammed By NJ Utility Watchdog

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey utility watchdog agency has blasted Public Service Electric and Gas Co. for its plans to develop solar energy projects at the cost of nearly a billion dollars, a cost that will be passed on to ratepayers for projects that are unnecessary, the group said.
