NJ Defense Atty's New Trial Bid Nixed In Witness Murder Case

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday denied bids seeking acquittal and a new trial for once prominent criminal defense attorney Paul W. Bergrin, who was convicted in March of using his law practice to facilitate murder and traffic drugs.
