Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday transferred to Pennsylvania a suit alleging commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania Inc. and law firms Blank Rome LLP and Cozen O'Connor duped foreign investors into pouring millions of dollars into a failed Philadelphia mixed-use development.
