Calif. Appeals Court Revives West Coast Quartz Fraud Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 29, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday revived a lawsuit against silicon manufacturer West Coast Quartz Corp. by former employees who claim the company's owners failed to pay them promised bonuses for continuing to work for the company until it was sold, finding plaintiffs adequately supported fraud and breach of contract claims.
