NJ Senator Puts Marriage Equality Bill On Hold

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 4:18 PM EST) -- New Jersey Sen. Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg, D-Bergen, said Monday that she was holding the state’s Marriage Equality Act bill — which was slated to be considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday — per the advice of gay rights organization Lambda Legal.
