D.C. Circ. Affirms FERC's Calif. Utility Fee Scheme

Law360 (May 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ruling approving certain costs that California utility Pacific Gas & Electric Co. imposed on its customers following a reorganization of the state's electric transmission grid.
