GM To Cooperate With Delphi Creditors

Law360, New York (April 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Signaling a newfound cooperation, General Motors Corp. has pledged to hand over documents requested by its prime adversary, the unsecured creditors of bankrupt auto parts supplier Delphi Corp., according to attorneys in the case.

The deal, revealed on Friday, marks the first step in ending the contentious battle between the world’s largest automaker and its unsecured creditors.
