On Remand, Court Tosses Bath Fixtures Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed without prejudice all claims in a consolidated suit accusing bath and kitchen fixture manufacturers of price-fixing, after an appeals court ruled the lower court had incorrectly refused the plaintiffs' previous bid for voluntary dismissal.
