Execs Can Testify In Discover Antitrust Suit: Judge

Law360 (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has rejected a bid by Visa USA Inc. and Mastercard Inc. to block Discover Financial Services Inc. from introducing testimony about the impact of Visa's and Mastercard's policies on Discover's prospects for a business deal with Citibank.
