Feb. 2010 Trial Date Set in Merrill Consolidated Suits

Law360 (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has targeted mid-February 2009 as the deadline for resolving all motions to dismiss filed by Merrill Lynch & Co. in the consolidated securities, derivative and ERISA actions pending against the investment bank for allegedly misrepresenting and failing to disclose facts about its subprime mortgage debt exposure.
