NetVersant Solutions Files For Chapter 11

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Network infrastructure company NetVersant Solutions Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 protection, citing the impact of several unprofitable projects around the country.

The bankruptcy petition, filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, lists assets and debts between $100 million and $500 million.

The company's largest creditors are Anixter Inc., to which it owes $28.3 million; Voda One, to which it owes $4 million; Communications Supply Corp., to which it owes $3.6 million; and Comstor, to which it owes $2 million....
